Browns end the quarterback drama, name Brian Hoyer as starter

The decision comes in the wake of Monday night's preseason loss to the Washington Redskins in which both Hoyer and rookie Johnny Manziel struggled. In the Browns' two preseason losses, Hoyer is 8-for-20 for 108 yards and hasn't thrown a touchdown pass. He has a passer rating of 57.9.
